Warranty

New Equipment
We will honor all manufacturers new equipment warranties for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. After the first 30 days please contact the manufacturer directly:

Refurbished Equipment
We will warranty all refurbished equipment purchased from us for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty
Three (3) year or five (5) year extended warranties can be purchased for all equipment for an additional fee. Warranties must be purchased the same day the equipment is purchased and will expire three (3) or five (5) years from date of purchase.

What is NOT Covered under Warranty
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear of the product or if the product was misused, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered, either internally or externally, or damaged from improper use or use in an unsuitable environment.

Return Policy

How to Return a Product
Please visit the website and fill out a Return Merchandise Request (RMR). This will be submitted to one of our Customer Care Representatives for review. You will than be contacted within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back. If you have not heard from a Customer Care Representative within 24 hours please contact us at 800*785*5939. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST).

Required Information when Requesting an RMA

  1. The serial number of your defective product
  2. Information about the installation and use of the unit
  3. Information about the failure and/or reason for the return
  4. A copy of your dated proof of purchase or the Order Number

Preparing the Product for Shipping

  1. An RMA # must be issued before the product can be returned.
  2. All original merchandise must be sent back (power cords, etc.) or you will be invoiced for missing items.
  3. Package the unit carefully and pad for safety. Fully insure all shipped products. Returned products must be shipped prepaid. If products arrive in damaged condition due to obvious mishandling, you are responsible for filing the claim with your carrier.
  4. Defective equipment that arrives without an RMA # will either be refused or returned at the sender's expense. We are not liable for loss or damage to unauthorized product returns.
  5. Please write in black bold print the RMA # on the outside of the box and on all paperwork.
